Great Full Time opportunity for an experienced, Xactimate trained, Restoration Estimator!

Salary: $55,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

We are currently looking for an experienced, Xactimate trained, Restoration Estimator in the Burnaby area. We help home owners put their lives together after a traumatic event. Estimators work with Project Managers after events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Restoration Estimator, you will create accurate estimates based on site photos, videos, and 360 Docusketch. You will work with and build relationships with adjusters and examiners during the estimating process to get our estimates approved. 
 
Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for individuals who are results driven, with some Xactimate experience. The ideal Restoration Estimator:

  • Is self-motivated
  • Likes working with people and can deliver truth
  • Is organized
  • Sets and manages expectations
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Carries themselves in a professional manner
  • Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Xactimate experience is preferred, but not necessary
  • Construction experience is preferred, but not necessary

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • On call
  • Weekend availability
